Benifits and Dangers of the Internet to Children

Ten years ago, the Internet was practically unheard of by most people. Today, the Internet is one of the most powerful tools throughout the world. Now, almost all houses have the Internet and even children use the Internet; however, before people connect to the Internet, they need to be aware of its benefits and dangers to children.

What are the benefits of children using the Internet? They can to find rich, cultural and educational information readily. One of the greatest benefits, children can communicate with their friends, and not only friends, they can communicate with another people who live other city. The Internet has many interesting games, and children can play educational games. While playing they can learn new something, and the Internet may answer many questions that children have.

Some people think that there aren’t dangers on the Internet, there are only benefits. But, it’s wrong. Everything has good and bad side. Unfortunately, there are real dangers on the Internet. Children spend hours chatting online with their friends, and sometimes with strangers. The Internet almost no regulation or control on what can be placed on it. Some websites appear to be quite harmless and amusing. However, there is a lot of information and content that can be hazardous to children and damaging for their development. They sit before the screen for hours, which in turn can lead to headaches, backaches or vision problems. Too much sitting by the computer can be unhealthy and result as well in repetitive stress injuries, obesity, social isolation and other problems.

So, we know benefits and dangers of the Internet to children. I advise to children spend their few time on the Internet.    

The first impression and expectation

Everyone expect something before going enywhere and if you go there you have many impressions. when I come to the university at first time I thought that how I entered the university. I passed exam and entered to the university. In this day I began thinking about my new groupmates. I had wanted that my new groupmates had been sociable, talkative, playful and clever. The second of september! In the morning I thought about my new study. It was so emotional. I went to the university, where the first study day began. Firstly I saw a board which was writtin the list of students and they groups. I found my group and we went to our room. Then our teacher introdused herself and then we introdused ourselves turn by turn. It was very interesting to meet my new groupmates. From the first day we got on well with each other. After thet we did excursion to new buildings, which had many rooms and many kitchens. But we lost our way and the second-year student helped us to find our room. After the second class I went home. I was wery happy in this day, because I liked most of my groupmates. As I thought they are very kind, talkative and sociable. Although we have been studying two months only, we are very close to each other and I appreciate all of them. They are my best friends.
